    With the budget you provide us, we allocate funds to running and managing your paid ads campaigns. BizFix will create the content, send it over for review, and then, once approved, we will set up and run the campaign for you. We have experience in running ads through Meta, Google, and Linkedin.   • What do you manage with customer support for my customers?
    Under select plans, BizFix provides customer support for your customers. This means we communicate with them directly via phone, email, and text for you for questions, scheduling, and more. We also provide phone answering services and phone outreach under our Virtual Assistant plans. For more questions please visit our contact us page to go over the specific needs of your business.
  • When is BizFix available to communicate with my customers directly?
    BizFix is always available during business hours - Monday - Friday 10AM - 8PM. If you need customer support outside of those hours, please let us know and we will work something out at an additional charge.
  • How long does it take for you to build me a new website?
    For brand new website builds there are a few things to consider that will affect when it is ready: - domain acquisition - business information - customer response time If you have a domain, have given us all of the business information needed, and communicate with us in a timely manner, we can have a website up and running for you within 7 business days.
  • How will I know how my website is doing?
    We offer monthly website analytics reports to help you track visitor behavior, performance, and engagement on your website.
